Pluralistic Spiritual Centre (PSC)

The PSC, provides a framework for spiritual reflection on issues at the core of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the search for its resolution.

Bruno (Founder of NSWaS) wanted the community to have a place where people could explore their spirituality, but recognised there was no need for individual places of worship – Synagogue, Church or Mosque.

Instead, the Doumia / Sakinah / House of Silence was created as a place for meditation, prayer and reflection. Since his death, the PSC has been built in his memory. Its activities draw inspiration from the resources and spiritual traditions of the Middle East and the world at large.

Today, under the leadership of Director Hezzi Shuster, it is one of the most vibrant spiritual and cultural centres in Israel. It is committed to outreach work within the nation, developing better understanding between communities across the region.
